The inception of Scholars Society in 2008 marked a pivotal moment in the pursuit of educational equity. Driven by the noble objective of making a tangible difference in the lives of the underprivileged, our organization endeavors to provide a lifeline to those deprived of quality education. We extend the invaluable gift of quality English medium instruction to students whose families, much like their own, have been denied the privilege of linguistic proficiency.
At the core of our mission lies the unwavering belief that quality education is the birthright of every child from their earliest days. We assert that access to education transcends financial barriers, encompassing fundamental communication skills and employability traits. By equipping every child with these essential competencies, we lay the foundation for a more equitable and inclusive society. Our initiative thus, serves as a beacon of hope for marginalized in our society, offering a pathway to empowerment and socio-economic mobility.
Through our steadfast commitment to this noble cause, we endeavor to dismantle systemic barriers and pave the way for a future where educational opportunities are accessible to all, regardless of their financial constraints.
We undertook the vital task of counselling parents on the importance of enrolling their children in English medium schools to enhance their future prospects and uplift them from their current disadvantaged status. However,we encountered a daunting challenge: the neighborhood schools were either financially beyond reach for many families or failed to meet the standards of quality education.
Driven by a commitment to support parents from economically marginalized backgrounds, particularly those residing in remote areas of Guwahati (Assam) with limited financial means, we initiated the JH Scholar’s Academy-Little Pearls School under the auspices of Scholar's Society in 2013. Beginning with just three students in a leased facility in Guwahati, we have since expanded to accommodate 180 students from nursery to 9th grade/standard.
We actively work within communities to promote the value of education, especially among families who may not have had access themselves. Through local outreach, campaigns, and engagement programs, we inspire parents and children to pursue learning and recognize its power to break cycles of poverty.
Each student is unique—and so is their journey. We offer academic and career counseling to guide students in choosing the right subjects, preparing for entrance exams, and finding training that aligns with their interests and strengths. We also counsel parents to support their child’s growth with confidence.
Scholar’s Society provides structured, affordable, and quality education through schools, vocational institutes, and training centers. Whether it’s early childhood learning or specialized exam preparation, we are committed to delivering impactful education tailored to the needs of each age group.
We create a supportive and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged. Alongside academics, we focus on soft skills, moral values, and emotional development, helping students grow into responsible, well-rounded individuals.
We don’t just teach—we create possibilities. From English-medium education for underserved children to skill development programs like computer training, Tally, GST, and SAP, we open doors to real-world opportunities and brighter futures for our students.
